Steps to reproduce the bug: Set your av on the ground so it's not flying/hovering. Teleport to somewhere that gives the "could not teleport" message.
Observed results: After that message is received, the av is flying/hovering but the "Fly" button (or menu option) isn't enabled (checked). Going in/out of fly mode will put the av back on the ground, of course.
Expected results: Avs shouldn't hover/fly if they started a teleport (that fails) while NOT hover/flying.

I often get this when I teleport into my house which is in a no-fly area. I have to move right outside of the region to get out of fly mode. I hope that one gets fixed quickly.
