Are there legal requirements about keyboard accessibility as a requirement for government funding of projects that use software?

I want to use a rock. And maybe some sticks. But this fascist government won't recognize us cavemen as a meaningful contribution to society any more. The wheel, the spear, the sharp piece of obsidian at the end of a blunt stick - all invented by cavemen. And all of them were developed using sticks and/or rocks. But what do we get? Squat (we invented the squat too for your information). Its an injustice and discrimination and I'm not going to stand (upright) for it. And everywhere I go, there's always something to remind me, of another place and time...

I don't know that your Governments rules state keyboard, I think it might actually be something like available to sight impaired, so with that in mind lets jump back 30 years:

You are standing at the end of a road before a small brick building.

Around you is a forest. A small stream flows out of the building and down a gully.

> enter

You are inside a building, a well house for a large spring.

There are some keys on the ground here.

There is a shiny brass lamp nearby.

There is food here.

There is a bottle of water here.

> get lamp

Ok.

This link, http://www.regis.edu/regis.asp?sctn=ars&p1=dis&p2=lawspolicies, gives some information somewhat related to the subject.

I was just wondering if LL's sudden interest in keyboard access to functions in SL might have something to do with government policies about keyboard accessibility for government funded projects.
