Bug: Putting clothes on makes me naked!

Steps to reproduce the bug:
For me any T-Shirt, or any underpants being worn

Observed results:
Nothing but my skin colour, included screenshot (to bug report) shows nothing but skin with flared legs.
If I take off the T-Shirt, and the underpants, then I can see my other clothes (the pants and the undershirt). It's as if adding them is causing SL to make the whole thing transparent.
However, if I go into Appearance then the clothes appear just fine.
This is seen by everyone around me, even though I'm wearing clothes, no-one can see them unless I remove the shirt (to see clothes on my top half) or the underpants (to see clothes on my bottom half).

The T-Shirt in question has the following UUID:
<snipped>

Other shirts leave my bikini-top visible, but don't appear themselves.

Expected results:
Wearing more clothes shouldn't make me MORE naked! Heh.

Seems like more skin baking issues, bah. Does this mean if I go into a PG sim naked I can argue "I am wearing clothes, they're just invisible?" :D
This is the Mac client, but PC clients are seeing the same thing, for me anyway. Anyone else affected by this?

I've done the usual cache clean, re-logging etc.

Hrm, taking off all the clothes in appearance, re-adding them then closing seems to do it. But changing them outside of appearance breaks it again.
