What exactly got fixed with this patch?

The way I see it...NOTHING!

*My friends list still doesnt work.
*Group chat gives me the message, "Error messaging chat session with (group name). Error making request, please try again later."
*Take a copy still doesnt work.
*Group member lists still come up empty.

Anyone else wanna add to the list?

They fixed the issue where residents were unreasonably expecting help from Live Help. Live Help is now off by default.

Fixed a problem where people claiming to be your 'friends' could see your online status, and often distract you with comments, stories, and other forms of interaction. Removed.

There are many more fixes along these lines. Every one guaranteed to cut down on database load and help increase concurrency. So don't say they didn't fix anything ;)

If it's supposed to cut down on data base load, why are we still experiencing data base issues galore?

Fixed something with texture ordering, now
transparency rules all over all other textures
