I've emailed LL twice today regarding connection issues as well as spent over 25 minutes on the phone listening to music and no live support.
I was wondering since the (9) upgrade if anyone has also experienced problems with "region handshake" and error message stating "Unable to connect. Login packet not received by login server".
The knowledge base was completely useless on this subject as well as any information which has been posted on the forums. I've done everything that I could to resolve this connection issue and checked every possible setting but have been unsuccesful.
Anyone have any ideas. It seems the request for technical assistance is very, very low on LL's list of priorities.
