Do the Lindens read this? any advice?

One of the accounts I paid for has been locked out since the hacker event in Sept. Its a premium membership paid in advance. Unfortunatly I also was paying rent in cash to ansche chung to boot. I have called dozens of times, spent many hours on hold, sent dozens of emails.
I realize I am loosing my original 72 dollars, the moneies paid to ansche chung, the lindens I bought to buy that property I had to abandon... gone... and now I see you are automatically renewing memberships... LOL! Yes, the emails say I simply have to log in under that account to stop it, but you won't let me log in on my account either.

I have had dozens of offers for my property... can't do anything about that either.
I think I have to shut my checking account off, right?
Its funny when you think about it. If I had done something wrong you may have actually spoken to me. I did get a call from Robin Linden once, left a message telling me to log in... very funny.
Really, anybody have advice on how I get to stop paying the lindens? I would close this account ... but that still leaves me to pay for the other one.

If you tried to tell LL you want to cancel that account and they don't let you, just call your credit card company and tell them the linden expenses are not authorised by you from the date you tried to cancel your account. That won't make the credit card company happy, and they will take their unhappiness to LL, not you.

i had my account opened a few months before the lindens locked me out, and that was several months back, too late to get a refund from the cc company.
I can probably stop the future charge, but I would like to at least take my lindens, sell my dam property and get some of the money back! why should i just give it up, I didn't do anything wrong.
i am sure if I cancel my account and stop the payment, but... it sucks, why should I have too. I lost quite a bit of cash, and will continue to loose cash because the lindens won't answer me.
[Why won't they answer me!!!!!!!!!!

Right this second the grid is totally useless....They simply take your money and don't care...THERE IS NO PLACE TO TELL THEM THAT THINGS ARE BROKEN...They are evidently out to lunch


THEY GOT RID OF HELP...NOW WHAT??????????????????
