The group notification display that uses an animation effect to appear to slide down from the top of the screen, and covers the statistics display area, and can't be moved, and wastes a large fraction of the space it occupies to display a needlessly big, useless SL eye in hand symbol, could be much improved, in my view, by making it a normal dialog box, re-sizable, movable, and minimizable, and make no use any animation effects of any sort.
