Make these windows movable, or make them go away. I'm not too particular on which, but one of the two.

I know we can turn off streaming and they will not appear but we should be able to move them when we want streaming on

I agree. I would like to be able to move the volume control over to the very bottom right of my SL screen so it is more out of the way.

Not sure if LL is aware - but the "music control" button is smack in the middle of where chat goes.
This button needs to be moveable. Pretty please.

Also when you resize the main SL window to 640x480 the play controls end up off the edge of the screen. They should always stay centered.

Is there more stuff of interest on the ground or in the air? I say ground.
Should collapsed windows and temporary interface controls (stand button, a/v transport controls, so-n-so is online messages) go at the bottom of the screen (where they overlap things that are on the ground) or at the top of the screen (where they overlap things in the air)? I say top.
Sould they adapt their positions so that they are visible in all screen resolutions? I say yes.
Is there ANY reason for "so-n-so is online" messages to be opaque and clickable? I say no.
(Or at least, clicking on them should make them go away. They cover up where I keep my inventory window. When SL is active, with lots of coming and going, this spot is almost continuously covered!)

Robin Linden had a little meeting on the 1st, and anchored media controls, broken tabbing, and unmovable 'minimized' dialogs were pounded into her as being crap...so yes, LL knows!
