It seems that in 1.13 you can no longer get info (from the Edit command) on the creator and owner of objects you don't own.
This is a bad change. It was very useful to be able to do this. For instance:
1 - An object is where it shouldn't be. It's useful to be able to see who put it there.
2 - You see something you like, say, a house design. If you can see the creator you can track him down and buy one for yourself.
- and so on.

It could also be that you somehow have turned on "Select Only My Objects" in the TOOLS menu.
