I have an ATI Radeon X1900 video card in my computer and ever since the update on 8/2 I keep crashing. There has been a big drop in my FPS inspite of a connection speed 45 KBPS. I was getting 12 FPS on average and this was running more then one on the same computer. Now I can only run one and the best FPS I get is 5.0. Is anyone else having these kinds of problems?

Crashing and ATI

My problem has been resolved with the help of great Dell tech. We downloaded the Omega verison of the drivers for my ATI graphics card. After doing yet a third uninstall and reinstall of SL and the different drivers Iam up and running fine with no problems as of this writing. Seems that the update and the new drivers for my card are not compatible. I will be writing ATI and SL to see if they can work on a fix for this problem. I have talked to other in the game who also have ATI cards and this has been an issue for many.

I just checked my drivers and they seem to be older than the current ATI release. The ones I am using are 6.5. Newest are 6.7. So much for progress. I will stick to 6.5 I guess. That seems to be what the current Omega drivers are based on aswell.
