Visual graphics issue? or is it just me?

Well, you see...I just now started SL, so, naturally, i was looking forward to it..so, i proceed to start it up, and at first, all i see is black..then the regular login and continue came..but everything seemed to be fluctuating..as in, it was blinking in and out of existance. In fact, even the quit button (which i could barely see) after you click the 'X' was fluctuating....is this addressed in the knowledge base? or is it just my Dell Dual-core Vista? help? if this is mentioned in the knowledge base, would someone be willing to direct me to its URL? I most likely looked it over.

Sounds like your vid card is not properly setup or not compatible.

I'm not sure if i can figure out how to make my video card compatible..but i sure will try!

If it is on the list of ok cards then you may just need to update the video cards drivers. Otherwise you need to replace the card with a newer one.

I have the Mobil intel X3100 for Vista..and apparently, its too watered down to do anything...Not even on the minimum requirements....
