bug (old): keyboard repeat rate disables after script saved

Steps to reproduce the bug: Edit and save a script. Hold down an arrow key to quickly move the cursor.

Observed results: The keyboard doesn't repeat.

Expected results: The keyboard repeat rate should continue to work after a script is saved without having to hold an arrow key down in the chat text entry field to get it to work again in the script editor.
