IMs not working/Lag

Well we all know about the friendslist, but IMs aren't going though for me either.

Also, for a month or two now there has been a lot of IM lag where I don't get IMs from the middle of my conversations, but they will go straight to my email INBOX. I have to log into my email while I'm on logged on SL to make sure I get all my IMs... that's a little weird.

Does that just happen to me?

nope I miss parts of IM's all the time and since the new update I have some friends who never get IM's from me
