"Sell all objects with land" Unchecks itself when sim goes down in 1.7

This problem has plagued me for a while in 1.6 - I'd suspected it was related to the sim restarting, but was never able to validate 100%, and my 1.6 bug reports have languished since July.

Since sims go down more often in 1.7, I was able to better recreate & nail this bug.

The problem: In "About Land" - the checkbox "Sell all objects with land" unchecks itself when a sim goes down.

Steps to recreate the problem:

-Deed a parcel to a group (Not sure if neccesary - but including just in case)
-Set parcel for sale
-Check the box "Sell all objects with land"

-Wait for simulator to crash/restart
-Revisit plot - the checkbox "Sell all objects with land" will be unchecked.

Expected Results:

-"Sell all objects with land" should remain checked, even after a sim restart.



So far, I've been able to reproduce this problem 3 times after the sim restarts in 1.7. Bug reports have been filed, of course.
