Floating Text Not Displaying Correctly on HUDs |

In the weeks since 1.14 was introduced I've gotten a few scattered reports of people whose HUD are having problems displaying properly. The floating text on the HUD is in the wrong place, sometimes far from where it is supposed to be. Here is a picture of what I'm talking about:
 See how the floating text is in the wrong place? It's not over the HUD where it is supposed to be. They look like they are to the left and above where they are supposed to be. Thankfully I've only had three reports of this, but obviously something is wrong with how SL is positioning floating text on HUD objects. Anyone have any suggestions of what to tell someone who has this problem? I'll try to get someone who is having the problem respond with their specs. _____________________

There's a possible fix for this in the Beta grid. If you want to test it out the download is at http://secondlife.com/community/preview.php .

According to the user who reported this problem, the update did not fix the bug. I'm at a loss of how to report a bug using jira that I'm not experiencing.

Thats the downside of JIRA (is there an upside?) I think you need to get your customer to report it.

After talking to her at length it sounds like she has a video card that is not supported. I suspect that may be the problem.

Has she altered the UI setting in Preferences fro the default 1.0 ?
