Inventory Items MIA!

Has anyone else had inventory problems? I have a main folder with all of my best items and then a MISC folder for freebies and stuff I dont use often. Well, today I went to Nyte and Day to shop. I bought 8-10 items and went back to my apartment to put them in the proper places. Well, when I went to put them into the folder named Closet (which has all my best clothes) it was gone. Yes- I checked all my other folders (every single one) to make sure it didnt just get moved by accident. Not there! WTF I have spent probably close to 4000L in the last couple weeks on these things and now they're gone!! I am soooo pissed!! Has anyone else had this happen? Did LL do anything about it??

I've had this happen many times.

The chances of them doing anything about it is about 0%.

1. Clear your cache (You can do this inworld in preferences. While logged off, you can clear the cache items from your hard drive.)

2. Log in to a low-lag sim, such as Cyclops.

3. Open your inventory and search on any word. The inventory items will load slowly (that always happens after clearing your cache.) Do not do anything else in SL while it loads: no IMing, no changing clothes, etc.

With luck, some or all of your items will return. Some users have reported that it helps to go through this process a few times if all the items do not return the first time.
