Is there any way to turn these off? They constantly get in pictures and in the way when i'm working on prims.

Is your "color" set to blue? Could it be that your little particle bubbles (that denote your interaction with an object) have not fully loaded yet? It seems to almost resemble the unloaded texture tinted blue.

Hrmmm... those ring a bell. Check DEBUG and uncheck SHOW UPDATES.

Thanks! I never had Show Updates checked before which is odd. It has been like this ever since 1.8. Maybe I hit some keys on accident. I always hit random keys and end up with funky things on my screen. All gone now thanks to you! Thanks again

Possibly the annoying red and blue things you refer to are the combat sims. If so, leave the area and don't go back. Another meaning of "red and blue" refers to a color scheme imagery used by pseudo-intellectuals to label areas based on voting results. These same pseudo-intellectuals have fits when people reduce things to a "simplistic black and white" view . Apparently black and white are too simple, while red and blue are subtle and nuanced. The best way to avoid that type of red and blue is to not watch the news and avoid reading any posts by the following people: Oh, shoot, someone's at the door.
