version 1.6 won't recognize my password at all. i'm on a new mac powerbook G4 with OS X 10.3.8

The user database in the 1.6 grid is based on a snapshot that was taken a while back - probably taken before you joined. This would cause the login problem.

Yeah, I thought, "Wow, this seems moments after I've joined!". Most of my inventory's "missing" in the preview XD
Oh well. It's only a preview anyway, so that (the inventory, that is) doesn't worry me. It's too bad that new joiners don't get to see it.
