Hung client access to Prieview grid - How to reset?

I was trying to see a Quicktime stream to view on the preview grid (ZoneAlarm does not like Quicktime apparently), when I crashed out.

Now I'm stuck at 'connecting to region' for both the last location and home position (which were on different sims).

I know you can 'reset' this by using secondlife:// at the start->Run prompt, but how to do this on the Preview grid?

Now just trying to get Quicktime, ZoneAlarm, and 1.6 happy together...
