FABRILL! 1.8 now shows Z-coord in titlebar and Map screen

FREAKIN' A, B, AND C!

I remember in Preview 1.7, I made several requests to show the Z-coordinate (for height) in the title bar. It didn't happen then, but it sure happened now in 1.8—my wish is fulfilled, w00t! The Z-coord also appears in the Map screen, making it a little wider.

I mean, this is a 3D world. ^_^
