When you have an embedded notecard in another notecard, there is a nice blue hyperlink to the embedded notecard. A few versions back, you used to be able to click the linked notecard and it would bring it up in a new window. But now it just says "You do not have permission to view this notecard." Only thing you can do is drag it to your inventory and open it from there, which is a huge pain.
Why did they break this feature? Please tell me that this is just a bug and they are going to fix it, because it's super duper lame, and basically is forcing everyone to make big long notecards without embedding because it's so much of a pain to view embedded notecards that you can't assume anyone will (a) know how to do it or (b) be willing to go to the trouble to do it.

It's fixed already in the 1.13.2.0 release candidate and will go public once the RC is turned into The Official Viewer
