In the dialog for freeze and eject from parcel add the option to teleport home
I know there are plenty of automated sctipts to do this but well people hate them, and at least this way you only use the function on someone who really needs it, its not automated and requires the landowner or group owners to be there.

I would hate to be flying through someone's land on my way to somewhere else and get teleported home suddenly.

Exactly, and this function could help replace/reduce the teleport home thats already there and used by a sensor

Its a hell of a step in the right direction. It would *require* user intervention - and could only be invoked by the landowner/Officer. (Although a delegatable list would rock - I wont push my luck)

I can certainly see why travis wants this now, i had my own wedding griefed last night, and without the land owner there, i had to wait for a linden to pull the idiot from the place, although took awhile as i had to fumble around trying to find the abuse report button for an avatar because for some reason its not on the pie menu,
So pleaaaasseee add, Report abuse, to the more >> menu, along with eject and freeze (when available) and it might be a good idea to move the give card because its in the same place as report abuse, and i almost pressed it in a rush.
So pretty please can we sort this out, its not exactly commercial events here, it is supposed to be happy fun times not shooting bridesmaids off platforms. Its the one time a firstlife experience is better.
I have thought about the following way, combine the access and ban tabs, call it access still and have the ban at the bottom, it will now be the access control tab, the ban tab will be for the landowner, where he can have a list of say 50people he/she wants to allow to control the access to his/her land either via all the pie menu commands and/or allowing them access or partial access to the access control tab, ie able to add names but not remove, and not disable an option.

For places like Jessie or Rausch i cannot see this as a good thing, but your right we should have a little more control over where we are in case of idiots like this. BUT you could of tried asking the land owner what security he had, and if you could have temp rights to using whatever sense of security needs possible. Personally i got a orbiter bot, that plain and simply pushes any person into oblivion and then locks him in an orb...up to 700m, unless the kid sees anything u there, he aint getting outta the orb, its 3 layers to prevent fly thru, and has the lock script keep guy inside.....hehehe, plus you could of taken the place some place else in case of major issues

Obviously for the combat sims, the landholder in question doesnt need to add any delegated people to the list. I guess the rest is well a society thing not used to having guns round at all being from a country were they are banned, but even in sl i dont have a home security system, just a lock on the door, and well i didnt really expect to be griefed at a wedding so an alternate place wasnt exactly planned lol and anyway, that would just be letting the griefer win.

Or at least an end to cage weapons. There is another way around that Psy  but i'll never tell hehehe! Chalk it up to another bug, besides i'd never use my orbital unless someone was really pestering me, and there's been not a single person yet to do that
