I too fully complied with the Adult Policy changes and moved to Zindra. Unfortunately, I found out later that I did not have to move, but I am stuck as I cannot afford to move without selling my Zindra land and right now, no one wants it unless they get it for nothing.
There are a lot of businesses on Zindra who do not advertise with the banned key words, but they are hidden from search based solely on location. I find this highly unfair as there are no banned keywords to traumatize unsuspecting seachers and those not verified can't get to the location anyway.
I have opened a JIRA asking that search be changed to not filter businesses based solely on location. This change would help a lot of businesses on Zindra who are hidden in pg/mature search based solely on location.
