When facing towards the sun with a large body of water in front of me I am seeing a pronouncing and somewhat annoying moving Moiré pattern as I move about.

It occurs everywhere along a certain horizontal band on the screen but is much more noticeable right in the Sun's reflection, i.e. right where you'd really like it to look good.
