What is it?

I select Texture, open the Features Menue, select "Light" and i have on 6 Sides on the Cube Light, not this selected Side?

This is bad.

Light is an all sides phenomenon. If you want single side effects, your only choice is to go to the Textures tab and use the "Full Bright" check box for the texture on the selected side of your prim. This makes that side bright, but it does not light other objects. Directed light, as from a car's headlamps, is not available in Second Life.

Exactly this doesn't work. Formally you could place light on one single side. In a former version of SL this function was available, the last one does not support this.

I just went in-world, rezzed/created a box, chose the "Select Texture" radio button, went to the texture tab, clicked on a single face of the box, and turned that face "Full Bright" by checking the box. It worked correctly, making that selected face bright and no other. Just to be sure, when you say "light on one single side", you mean "Full Bright" on a single face, yes? Else, we're talking in circles. The single face thing you want to do is not available from the "Features" tab and never was.

I remember you could turn specific faces light before there was a Features tab and it may be possible to do still through a script, but not through the Features tab. It's been that way for months and months now, ever since we got flexi prims and the Features tab.

No, NOT "Full Bright", i mean under Features "Light". Light for one Object on one Side! No two or three or more Sides, one Side!

I have marked "Select Texture", i have select ONE Side. I give this side "Light" and the Light has over 6 Sides, not only this selected one and only Side!

In former Version 1.13/1.14 has this no problems. Today, with Version 1.17, does not support this.

Um, I have been playing with local lighting since it first came out, and the light source has ALWAYS been an omnidirectional point source at the center of the object. I have never seen any way to apply local lighting only to one face of anything in SL. Full bright, certainly. But not the local light property. That is based on the whole prim, and always has been, as far as I can recall.
