Am I the only one getting time dilation numbers in the range of 0.1 - 0.5 and sim FPS numbers anywhere from 5 - 50 in most of the sims on the preview grid? I think this makes it extremely difficult to do some serious testing of the new version, given that the sim performance is under powered. With some of the stated improvements meant to speed things up a bit for situations with complex attachments, or better client side FPS, it's hard to accurately assess them when the sims are running so slow. Just wondering what others thoughts were on this.

The preview sims are on the slowest servers LL has. When I was testing the preview, I never saw time dilation in any of the sims get up to 1.0.

I understand that they are using old hardware for the preview. The problem is, it makes it difficult to test whether the updates for attachments and what not actually improve performance. I suppose this isn't really the whiz bang part of the preview though, it would just nice to have at least one sim that performs about the same as a mainland sim.

The Oak Grove copy has always worked well for me in Preview. The block of nine old user-owned sims were showing signs of sim-lag, though. Some more than others.
