A little tech writing co-ordination would help

Lists Guys and Gals of the Linden variety - a lot of gripes might be reduced if there was co-ordination between what we see and screen and what we search for in Knowledge Base and Solutions - One instance - pullup Lag Meter/Network ..."bad connection or Share app." - now do a search on the following key words or phrases:

"Lag Meter" - nothing
"Bad Connection" - couple of vaguely relevant articles but nothing actually on bad connection
"Sharing app" - nothing - never heard of it
"Sharing" swamped with a contaphony (if you can't find the right word you might as well make up a new one) - a confusion of articles on various levels of relevance that is going to take a long time to search through so why bother.

It is not that you haven't done it elsewhere: Try searching for "Statistics Bar"
Again a wide variety of articles but at least in the first two on the list is the aptly named and well worthwhile article called "Statistics Bar Guide".

You want us to use the Knowledgebase - well at least relate its terminology to what we see on the screen, please don't assume/presume knowledge that isn't always there. I'm sure the number of tickets would reduce if you did this - who wants to spend hours trying to find a solution that they can't even identify.

If there is a term or phrase on the screen it needs to have a matching item in Knowledge Base or Solutions even if it is only a definition and/or link to another item.

I went to google, didn't get a suggested change, did get search results using my spelling, but didn't have a definition, but coudn't think of how to change the spelling. :P

Sigh, why not context sensitive help straight from the interface to the client mozilla browser?

Press F1 with the cursor over "FPS" in the Statistics "Bar" (it's more of a box, to my way of thinking) and have the knowledgebase article on the Stats Bar come up in the client's browser, at the FPS part of the article.

Not to replace a properly made, human edited index and search entries, but to augment that.
