In the latest windows client (and the release candidate), I am almost constantly seeing an "hourglass" (wait) pointer. Do you see this?

Just looking to confirm.

Nope. What you describe does not hold true for me.

On my desktop I have a slightly different problem and it's not unique to SL:
My cursor flickers and is only semi-visible when moving. Once it stops it disapears.
