Status update on Group Recalls being removed in 1.7?

Several months back, Don Linden opened a thread regarding research into removing Group Recalls in 1.7.

Any updated status on this? My preliminary testing on the preview grid shows that no changes have been made yet. Should I continue to keep my eyes peeled for this - or has work stopped on this effort?

I think you should, give it another look, i've just started my tests using groups and see that groups i am an officer of and a member of (but not groups i created) i dont see the recall button between election and proposal. I dont have any of my own created groups yet to see if there is any button there at all.

There is a bug with the election menu that i've reported, one there is added text under duration and two, that a member of a group can select the election tab even though its grayed out, they can change the settings but not start an election for themself lolol
