In downloading the new optional viewer and reviewing what is was being updated, I came across this in the list of bug fixes: From: someone * Fixed VWR-248: Inexplicable folding of Avatars such that they are walking around with their heads up their arses I don't know about anyone else, but somehow randomly having your head shoved up your own arse by a bug in a virtual world seemed so... quintessentially SL. Part of me doesn't want to believe this is actually fixed, since it's been happening to me for more then 3 years now and ... well... I mean... O well, the NEXT time it happens, I'm definately taking a screenshot. |

I see this bug fix to believe it..........Otherwise iI don`t trust the coders on this one.

My least favourite "fix" is still changing the default attach point from head to right hand. A whole generation of newbies who went through SL without ever ending with a box on their head is just wrong  . |

It was kinda funny the first time it randomly happened, but I went through a spell of it happening every 5 minutes for no good reason, very annoying =(

I'm folded in half with my head shoved up my arse... thank christ taffy I HAD the scissors on me... I had to use 'em to cut the sweater off or I'd-a never gotten free. And yes, it is funny when it first happens... and then its incredibly annoying. When I saw this issue in the "Fixed Bugs" list I had a feeling it was just LL blowing smoke up our arses about having our heads shoved up our arses. Somehow I knew they couldn't go very long without doing it again. Moral of the story: In SL, no bug stays fixed for long. |
