its their latest fix

For the love of whatever you hold sacred LL - 9 out of 10 developpers on bug fixes if not toal concentration on them! How many times does this have to happen?

I can't even post an issue. Not sure this reply will even post.

Own an island that is now totally useless. No one can get in, not even friends. If I could talk to my friends. Half not showing up on the list. Friends I invited to join complaining about not being able to pick money trees, tp to anywhere, and expect me to do something. They have heard often enough that the little guy gets no response.

Every time maintenance is done, the problems get worse, not better. Terrified of the upgrade.

Come on Lindens. Get your act together. Get us some LIVE in world help. Have someone available when major issues occur.

Right now feel I have just flushed money, instead of investing in something.

Yah, massive funkiness going on. Cant pull up anybodies profile. Cant add anyone to the island admit list. When I try I get this:

Well, from what I can tell, it wont let me anyway. But theres definately some weird
stuff going on in here.

Ya .. I don't know what they supposedly "fixed" Yesterday, but this morning i couldn't search, and got stuck in some sort of massive grid lock.... lasted about 5 minutes.. couldn't move.. everything was super choppy.. Welcome to SL!

Just think of the thousands of new users going through the process, some parting with their cash, that find this "second world" thing, or whatever it is, just doesn't work right.

I for one could only persist for a little while before chucking in the towel and go read Digg.
I may return but chances are that something will be borked and then the SL client will be removed from my system. Or worse, I will leave it on my PC for a week or so and give it another stab.
High probability, I will need to install another one.
Would I then? Would you?

We come back... Don't we? But for how long? Or are you just addicted?

I think its strange that I can't teleport anywhere with one toon but I can with the other. It doesn't make sense!

So I'm stuck in an empty field where my home used to be until it was decided that we no longer wanted to spend money on land. *sigh*

Thanks Talarus, it's my modest contribution to the LL dictionary. I wish I had beenthe one to coin the term, Lindened. Whoever did that one has my undying admiration.
