My business partner and I both had items disappear off our land. Not little items either, but sex gen platinum beds ($12,000L a piece). Of course inworld help was useless, just told us to fill out bug reports. In fact when I contacted them, they said we are talking to your partner, don't need to talk to you. Both of us were missing items, so both of us had issues that needed to be addressed seperately. I am out $90 US, and they don't seem to care, nothing is being done. Every new version that comes out seems to get buggier and laggier. And customer service seems to decrease. I think they need to put in a trouble ticket system, not just a bug report.

Oh yeah, I had a server (llemail based, so I needed that UUID for it to work) disappear durring an update not too long ago. Even if the item were restored, the probability of my system working was very small (high probability of not having the same UUID).
