Steps to reproduce the bug: Edit a prim, focus the camera near your avatar, and zoom in and out.
Observed results: The avatar's edit arm (where the particles are emitting from) rotates depending on where the camera's zoom is. Zooming out too far (about halfway or more) will cause the arm to go the av's side and emit no particles.
Expected results: Obviously, the avatar's edit arm shouldn't rotate when the camera zoom is changed and shouldn't go to the side and stop emitting particles when the camera is zoomed out more than halfway.
