Why should we accept continuing to be charged the full price for SL even when the Mac version of the client crashes every five minutes requiring hard system reboot?
I'm even willing to put up with grid issues... but the client being consistently nonfunctional is absolutely ridiculous. Even when it works it only uses one core.
I just want an answer from LL that these issues will be fixed soon. Please? Is that too much to ask?

If your question is what will it take to get the issues to stop?
Probably replace the hampsterwheel servers with actual computers, and, uhm...Yeah that will do

-=GE=- Nope, I don't think so - I'm having the same problem with the client on both a MacPro and MacBookPro (which is actually a lot worse). MacPro keeps stalling even when i knock the bandwidth and graphics cards down by half (it was suggested to me) but the MacBookPro goes haywire and freezes requiring hard reboot. It would be nice to get an answer, but I wouldn't hold your breath...

I don't understand how they can have this horrible of customer service and then wonder why there aren't more than 40,000 people online at a time. Don't they realize if they improved customer service then they would have a greater retention rate??
