After the removal of live help ingame sl is slowly being overun by idiots who are disrupting it for the genuine players of the game, we have repeatedly requested a sim restart over the past week to be sent requests for further information how much do LL need to find out the sim is lagging beyond belief then to top it all today we log in to find someone had created a new avi and had flooded two sims with a replicationg box where was the help then ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, a phone call revealed a person on the other end saying We cant do anything ............................................

i agree totaly with chriss since live help has been removed you can never get a linden when you want one and need one we pay for services but it seems they are all being withdrawn from us and bug reporting and conceirge and helplines dont help so what are we paying for ????????? idiots to come take over sl and take the fun away for as chiss greatly puts it genuine players BRING BACK LIVE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was the one that made that phonecall and all I got was "I'm sorry, I cannot do anything. Get as many ppl as you can to file abuse reports. The more abuse reports sent, the faster they will get on it."
I returned probably over 150 of those stupid greifer boxes containing a ninja poofer and annoying noises. Chriss is right. This is rediculious. It isn't fair that we GOOD PPL should have to put up with this crap!! WE NEED LIVE HELP BACK!!

set your auto return on your land to 1 min.
won't solve all your problems but at least the objects griefers put on your parcel will be returned to them.

auto returns is all n good i agree but wen the things are coming from the next sim and starting on your land and u can only clear wats on your land but still getting it all nothing much you can do but try to get someone on to clear it and if they are not on and you cant get a linden your land is stuffed and you loose buiness

Its really unbelievable that we all pay for Second Life and dont receive a minimum of Service.
Phone Call is not acceptable for Persons outside the US, cause it costs to much. Abuse Reports are to slow.
Write a Message to a ingame Linden is hmm not really helpfull cause sometimes it looks like the Lindens go offline when someone send a Message to them, í´m here in SL since December 06 and in the entire time i only got a response 4 times when i send a message to a Linden who is online, but aroudn 100 Times i wrote a message no answer and aroudn 5 minutes after i wrote the message this linden is offline.
I Cancelled my Premium last Month, not for the REason i dont wanna Support Second Life, but i invest enough Money every Month in Second Life and the benefits of Premium are not really existent, i can own land from third party, support is not existant or not really helpfull.
Ißm not sure if LL has not enough Employees or simply can´t give any support.
