LL's new force update means that the final version of SL that still worked on my Mac, no longer allows me to log in. The downloaded update simply won't run.
Is there a version of a client - ANY client, that still works in 10.3?

I wouldn't hold my breath on this one. Choices going forward seem to be...
1. Upgrade to 10.5. 2. Get another Mac. upgrade one of the two to 10.5. 3. Run SL under windows. 4. Get an XP box to run SL. 5. Get the source code and port it to 10.3 yourself. 6. Get the source code, and pay a developer to port it to 10.3. 7. Wait and hope. Good luck. _____________________

I just read the solutions blog, and hit up the on rez viewer,wow, I am stoked! Thnx! I just need to fix my prefs, runs real slow.

The OnRez viewer still has the security problem that LL was forcing us off the older clients to avoid. OnRez is based on 1.19 code, hasn't had an update since they ended the CSI contract, and has NOT got any security patches. You're far safer with the CoolViewer, which IS patched for the security flaws. _____________________

Hyang built a Mac version with 10.3 (Panther) support. So I think you should all have a look on her blog and watch for the things to come.
