Does anyone else use a tablet as an input device?

Summary:
Mac Client: Map incompatibility with Wacom tablet

Details, Steps...:
Using either a stylus or mouse with a Wacom tablet as an input device, I attempt to drag the map to scroll the view

Details, Observed...:
The map briefly begins to drag in the desired direction, then uncontrollably scrolls off in an odd direction, seemingly the opposite direction of the dragging motion

Details, Expected...:
In all previous versions of the Mac client I have used my Wacom tablet successfully as an input device with no ill effects, including drag-scrolling the map properly

i did for a short time. A very short time because the same thing happened to me.
The Island Tutorial was such a nightmare that i almost gave up on SL altogether.

In the end i bought a mighty mouse. I tried to tell myself that it was time to get a new mouse, but in reality i bought the new mouse for SL.
That's love.

my old graphire is completley useles outside of gfx programs, has been since i bought it ... dunno what to tell you

I have had a similar thing happen in other apps when I grabbed the (tablet) mouse, forgetting my pen was still laying on the pad.

I since put the tablet mouse away (it bites anyway) and never set the pen anywhere but in the holder. Problem solved.

If it is really an interface issue with the SL, I have no advice.

The tablet mouse works fine for me. (I have a Graphire3)
