no one is showing up on my friendslist even tho they are online is anyone else having this problem

Not a single person on my list is listed as online.

As the title suggests, not a single person in my friends list shows up as online, and already I found two who are! Even talking to them in IM won't help fix that problem! What the hell is going on? I mean, I had a minor problem with this before, but after saying a single word, it helps fix the problem. Very few of these people are on my MSN and Yahoo, so those ones will be the only ones who know that I am actually online!

The problem seems to be intermittent. Some friends show up as online, but not all of them, or not all the time.
