Bugs on 1.2.1.6

Ok, back in-world, found a handful of bugs in the first 5 minutes:

- The enter key doesn't open the chat bar anymore, when chat history has focus. This has been fixed before, now is broken again

- IM window shows the name of the person you're talking to twice in the window title

- IM window resizes without user intervention on new IMs

- IM window resizes when detaching and re-attaching an IM window...

Well ... those are pretty obvious bugs that shouldn't have been able to make it into the stable release. Let's see what more we can find

Heck, I would be happy if I could log in. I keep getting the "Despite our best efforts, something has gone wrong..." error tab.

And there are some people I can usually only meet up with on Wednesdays, as if the updates don't disrupt that enough already they have to go and released another completely broken one =/

Myself as well. "grid is open" but It refuses to sign in, eigther freezes, or I get a "despite best efforts" message.

I get the "despite our best efforts ..." spiel as well. I have serious withdrawal symptoms and have had to resort to emergency chocolate.

Sh1t, is all i can say, it took me till yesterday to get my passwod changed and tonight i cant get in.
My friends will all think i'v left SL at this rate

After an hour trying to login no luck.....this is really weird....

Still nothing and no word yet from LL. Sent crash report this time to see what happens and that seems to go right through

apparently spinning objects have picked up speed?
My Club and plaza signs are spinning 2 or 3 times faster than i innitialy scripted lol
buggy upgrade...

Trust me, you probably dont want to be on right now...Packet Loss at an all time high for me...Lag is incredibly high, lag shouldnt be an issue as I'm on a 10mb cable connection and running some of the best hardware on the market (as of 3 months ago anyhow) Seems like every update makes SL increasingly more difficult to enjoy...*sighs*

What the heck did I waste all my time for the past week? Spent all this time in preview then this happens. 1.12.1(5) performace was not bad then they do one more update and not test it. Shame Shame!

in my four month usage of Sl i have come to the following conclusion:

the lindens could give two craps about anything the users of thier game have to say. i have yet to see any of them actually ADDRESS an issue directly(with the exception of the hacking issue, and i would not be surprised if the hacker still has thier account with sl). they will continue to give subpar updates and ignore the complaints because well they were trained to do so. i for one am also weriously hoping that thier competitors are paying attention, and that this becomes a study in some buisness class: HOw to Piss off Your Customers and send them away in droves"

Now, now....in all fairness, I've been in SL over a year and they care a lot more about what the players say than other online games (cough...TSO....errrrr). It's just lately that things have gotten, well.....sucky
