All of my friends show up as being online except one. This friend says that I wasn't "turned off" on her list. Is this an issue with SL that some friends are not showing as on line?

There are a few possibilities. 1) Relog - Sometimes all of my friends were not showing as online when a lot of them actually were. This helped me. 2) Ask your friend to uncheck the box that allows you to see them online, and then recheck it. 3) Ask your friend to relog. 4) Remove them from your list and readd that friend.
