The Knowledgebase has a lot of nice images in it that look to me as if they are stored in Torley's personal Flickr space.
It seems to me to be unwise for a company to use online documention with images stored in an employee's personal web space instead of a place they have a contract with, backed up somewhere else.

I believe it is issues JUST like this that are the reason Linden is looking for new hires to work on these databases. To Torley's credit, the undertaking is monumental, and thousands of kudoes for the hard work and dedicated effort. On this one, I choose to believe that this may be more indicative of short-staffing issues, with Torley and others working valiantly outside their comfort zones, in the spirit of getting things done, but in the absence of any clear organizational anchor or guidance...
What is scariest about this specific case is that, as those of us who've run forums/WIKI's know, without the correct, logical, appropriate centrallized storage structures, as goes one disgruntled contributor, so goes the entire project (for the record, I have NO reason to believe this comment relates to any Linden employee)...what does the best-looking support database say to the outsider, when all those images start to come up as "white-dead-URL boxes"?
