Once again something has been changed. Some of my textures are rotated 90 degrees when viewed with viewer 1.14 but not in FL.

This happened before, especially when there were texturing problems with First Look.

Soooo...... Before you panic like I have done many times before, and try to correct the textures,
TRY A DIFFERENT VIEWER FIRST!

Every time a new viewer version pops up, they appear to be full of problems.
I can only hope the items that I have sold in the past built with different viewer are displayed
correctly.

I have tried 3 different viewers, 1.13.3 (ok), FL 58185 (ok), 1.14.0 (borked!)

Has anyone else noticed rotated textures in 1.14?

I had similar problems a while ago, when texturing all sides of a prim was an issue so I rolled back to an earlier viewer. Can't remember which viewer. Too many to keep track of.

We need details. What kinds of prims are exhibiting this behavior? Which side? What are the other texture parameters set to? Is it all prims of a certain type, or just a few?

Oh Gawd, I have a biggest problem with textures. Everytime I change the size of prims.. the texture changed by itself like I never asked. I re-fix it again. Then I clicked on other prim.. resize something to match as other..but damn..that GRRR texture CHANGED again..I re-apply the right number (size/position whatever for the texture) I'm sorry I may sound really cranky but it pissed me OFF! (I am using 1.14.0 version and it is BORKED just like 1.14.1!) Now I am lookin' for version 1.13.3. Gawd!

Yes I have been seeing that with the newer viewer.. The 1.14 builds.. But only on the stock texture.. the wood rotates.. kind of amusing as it really doesn't seem to effect anything.. As soon as I add a texture, the rotating stops.

Have you checked your STRETCH TEXTURE setting in the build/edit window? I sometimes turn this off and forget to turn it back on.

Always off. :) If I was little dumb, I wouldn't have know about it and probby not coming here to post about the texture problem. :)
