Scripts have become unreliable ?

Recently I've noticed a huge increase in the amount of customer support I'm doing. My customer base is growing but not in proportion to the amount of support.

In particular I'm seeing a massive number of

"XXXXX has stopped working"

or

"XXXXX" is not working incidents.

These items are mainly with scripts that are previously very well tested.

Has anyone else noticed an increase in these kind of problems ?

I too have noticed a change in scripts, both in some that I use in objects I make, as well as some of my scripted attachments, the multigadget av scanner has been having problems for 3 weeks at least, for example.
