Other characters in scripts?

Are there plans to expand support for characters like æ, ü, japanese, and cyrillic in scripts? For example, floating text in russian or japanese.

It'd probably be a monumentally large script - but just had a thought of another way this could be useful....

A chat repeater that does machine-translation for the wearer back into their native language :)

a babblefish interface? I suspect it'd fall-down-go-boom in any hatty environemtn, but interesting concept

I think the original poster is reffering to being able to type foreign characters into script windows eg var="sdjadlkj" style. It's a limitation of the font LL is using, I pointed out a nice full unicode monotype coding font out to kelly a little while ago, so hopefully this does get addressed.
