crashing while moving inventory

I was wearing a belt and I moved it from objects folder to a folder i named for it and it crashed me. Then I came back and I tried to detach it and instead of detaching it kept copying another. it did it five or six times before I was finally able to detach it and delete all the copies. It crashed me like that three times. Twice I was wearing it, Once I wasn't. But all three times trying to move the item crashed me.
