Current viewer not exiting cleanly on Vista

I am using the 1.21.6.99587 viewer. This viewer does not exit clean on my Vista equipped notebook. When I close the viewer, streams continue to play and a SecendLife.exe process stays behind consuming CPU and memory. I can kill the process via Task Manager.

Is there a more appropriate place to provide feedback on the current viewer or is this it?

There was a JIRA issue for this when 1.21 was a Release Candidate, but I can't find it now. I had the problem with the RC, up to 1.21.5, but it doesn't seem to be affecting me since it 1.21.6 became the official viewer.
