It seems I can not drag an object from my inventory and have it rez.
I continuously got the Failed to place object in specified location message.
I was working in my workshop on the bench where I build all my creations. This was extremly frustrating. I was not able to make anything but original prims. Cntrl+4 worked.
Drag from inventory did not.
I am not a happy camper. I did file another Bug report.
