how many bug reports need to be reported on a bug before we get mad enough to come here and put a feedback in? guess tons cuase this issue the lindens seem to have a deaf ear toward. seems they never have fixed building bugs or permission bugs either so when you give a person rights to all your objects they truely have rights instead of the object becomeing subject to the multilples bug.

but the issue at hand is that when one right clicks on an object seems all the invisibility highlights in red around it as if one had that options checked under view. we DO NOT have it checked the red does not go away til we close the edit window.
do the lindens have any idea how annoying that is when trying to texturize or even move an object that has invisibilt in it the red is so predominant too that often cant see the background behind the object well.
this bug came up after the last version download. now i make it a habit too totally uninstall sl and reboot before getting the new version as seem the old bugs seem to harbor in the old version files and come out to haunt us
but this bug is from this last upgrade.
so when is someone at the lindens going to do something about this? how many more bug reports do my friends and i have to write?

Hiya, sounds like the same thing me and some friends had after the last update.
If it is the same, when edit window is open, certain other objects around will turn a red shade and bleed through even solid objects.

I figured out what was happening when i noticed rend boxes and other items running scripts seemed to always go red while other items seemed random.

The problem seems to be one of the beacon settings was changed to default "on".
If this sounds like your problem, go to View tab, beacons, and uncheck "scripted objects".
That should stop the issue your having, there was alos another one ticked under beacons on mine, show phisicle i think, but that didnt seem to cause probs so left it ticked.

Hope that helps...cheers

Is this the same bug that red-highlights all scripted objects in field of view when you go into edit mode?
