Overall the new color picker is nice - quicker than the Windows one, anyway - but I am massively dependent on the ability to add to a custom color list. I like to tint textures on the fly, as it were, and I usually just pick the color I want by eye. When you're trying to match to that color elsewhere in the build, its a heck of a lot easier than jotting down RGB values. Please don't send a custom color junkie into withdrawls. Thanks (Overall, one massive thumbs up to 1.6 so far! Can't wait to see how people utilize the video feature - much better land controls - love the build and texture features - absolutely champion!)

Azazel, the current 1.6 build (5) does support custom color swatches. However, it's not the most intuitive method -- at least not for me (and I tend to overlook the obvious). Do this: drag and drop the currently selected color from the big swatch onto one of the smaller squares. It will update to that color.
I didn't know about this until I asked too.

Phew! Thanks Torley I suppose I would have stumbled upon it eventually, but I'm so used to using the buttons in SL that I forget to try drag n' drop.

You're most graciously welcome, and... Agreed. I would appreciate seeing some visual feedback -- i.e. when you drag the big swatch over the smaller ones, they'll highlight to indicate that they can be replaced.

more swatches! more more more more! if they're saved on our own machines then please let the window expand to fit all the swatches we want to make. also...... do we lose all our swatches if we have to reinstall SL?
