is the message I am getting. Not sure what this is supposed to mean. Especially since it seems that [email]support@secondlife.com[/email] does not seem to be very helpful. Matter of fact not helpful at all, all I got was a canned response. I have read the forums and it seems to imply that I have been banned? That would be even more interesting, because then I would REALLY like to know what for?
Does anybody know how to proceed with this?

I hvae the same problem and have called adn left emails and cant' get a response frm SL. did u ever get urs figured out or does anyone else know what to do?

You might try calling support their number is listed, not that I know but sounds like a banned computer from other activity in or concerning sl.

Send a new message to support at least once a day. Call the toll free 1-800 support number at least once a day. Select a few Linden employees and send them email at [email]TheirFirstName@lindenlab.com[/email]. Get in the #secondlife IRC channel and ask for help, starting your message with the name of a Linden logged in there - the Linden's use "ll" at the beginning of their name.
If you haven't done so already, disconnect your cable modem and turn it off, if applicable, and leave it unplugged for an hour or more. Maybe your provider will give you a new IP number.
